Swedish Massage

One of the most relaxing of our massages, the Swedish Massage

includes broad fluid strokes, along with a gentle kneading

technique, which are used to help relax and de-stress the body.

Deep Swedish Massage

 

Deeper movements and more localized strokes are used to assist

in breaking up adhesions in the muscles that have been caused

by repetitive strain, injury, or stress. May include stretches.

Mother-to-Be Massage

 

This massage uses Swedish techniques to help stimulate blood

flow and lymph fluids. It may also increase muscle tone and

flexibility and alleviate leg cramps and muscle spasms. We offer

a special pregnancy pillow that allows the mother even up to full

term to lay face down during her massage. Moms must be beyond

their first trimester and should have physician approval.

Fusion Stone Massage

 

This massage is Aveda’s combination of stone massage with

traditional techniques. The treatment is designed to enhance

your massage experience by incorporating the use of warm and

cold stones. The stones are not meant to replace the handson

skills of the technician, but to complement the experience

by increasing heat to the tissues for muscle relaxation and

incorporating varied pressures to suit each guest’s individual

needs. 60 minutes…$80
